Technical Lead

Descartes is looking for a Technical Lead to ensure the company's product teams build scalable, secure, and well-architected systems. The Technical Lead will set the technical direction, elevate engineering standards, and mentor engineers to improve quality and consistency. The role requires strong AI and ML system design skills, experience with Python, SQL, and NoSQL, and expertise in DevOps and engineering tools.
