Product Designer

Join our team as a Product Designer and contribute to creating user-centered experiences that drive growth and innovation. We're looking for a talented designer with 3+ years of experience in digital products, preferably in Growth or Ecommerce teams. You'll work on translating growth strategies into intuitive interfaces, designing MVPs and A/B tests, and collaborating with stakeholders to iterate on the product based on quantitative results and qualitative feedback.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer in digital products, preferably with exposure to Growth or Ecommerce teams
• Data-Informed Design mindset: ability to interpret metrics and convert them into design solutions
• Experience working with design tools (Figma is a must)
• Ability to iterate at high speed without losing sight of the consistency of the design system
• Ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary environments and communicate complex ideas simply
• Experience in Research: use of quantitative and qualitative tools
• Autonomy and proactivity: we are looking for someone who not only executes but also proposes experiments and lines of exploration within the assigned squad
