We are looking for an Employee Wellbeing Consultant to join our team at Mindromeda. The position involves balancing wellbeing and risk, responding to wellness incidents, and designing targeted solutions. The role offers a unique opportunity to work with teams around the world to provide support for employees experiencing burnout and mental health matters.

Requirements

• Psychology, counseling, or HR background/education
• Proven experience assessing different types of risk
• Creative and effective ideas and solutions to a growing organization
• Demonstrates empathy and experience driving inclusion work
• Consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills
• Fluent in one of the following languages: German, French, Arabic, Spanish, Italian, Polish
