Director of Facilities - Ford Field

The Director of Facilities is responsible for managing operations for the entire Ford Field Complex, including maintenance, capital projects, and staff supervision.

Requirements

• College degree in Construction, Engineering, Facility Management, or related field
• Major Project Management experience a plus
• Minimum of 10 years of increasingly responsible maintenance and operations experience in a large facility
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience leading a team of hands-on workers, such as plumbers, carpenters, or other skilled trades professionals
