Job Title Associate – Investment Banking – UK Technology, Media & Telecommunications. Service a range of retained and target corporate clients, be involved in pitches to financial sponsors, and work across a variety of transaction types including Equity Capital Markets, Mergers & Acquisitions and Leveraged Debt Capital Markets.
Requirements
- Previous relevant experience within an Investment Banking or broader Corporate Finance required
- Prior experience within TMT is preferable but not required
- Technical skills around financial modelling and transactional experience
- Good communication skills together with interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, whether presenting to clients or senior executives
- Partnership minded with a strive for excellence in what you do, underpinned by strong analytical skills
- Operate with dynamism, creativity and hustle to deliver superior outcomes for clients working as a team
