Active acquisition of new customer relationships in the focus segments (affluent private customers, foundations and institutions) including networking within the bank and comprehensive care of existing customer relationships.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent education and additional knowledge and/or qualifications
- Several years of practice in banking and securities business in customer care
- Very good knowledge of the WM product/offer portfolio
- Several years of experience in customer acquisition in customer care as well as high customer orientation
- Experience in professional comprehensive wealth management of affluent private customers
- Fundamental knowledge of the capital market and a well-developed ability to explain overall economic interconnections
- Well-developed team skills as well as a high innovation and change ability
- Very good knowledge of German and English
