Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Marketing team. This role will be responsible for budget tracking, invoice processing, and marketing operations support, as well as assisting with fulfillment of social media contests and other Marketing activations.
Requirements
- Budget & Operations: Track marketing department budgets and expenses to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Process invoices and work with Finance to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain organized records of marketing spend and vendor contracts.
- Marketing Support: Assist with social media contest fulfillment, including prize coordination and shipping.
- Support the logistics of influencer and PR kit mailings.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners as needed to keep projects moving.
- Team Coordination: Serve as the point person for department processes, deadlines, and administrative needs.
- Help organize team meetings, offsites, and events.
- Provide general support to CMO as requested.
