MEP Cost Manager

We are seeking an MEP Cost Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Construction, Quantity Surveying, or a related field, and 7 years of relevant experience. The candidate must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and experience with Primavera or Microsoft Projects.

• 7 years of relevant experience
• Highly articulate and analytical approach to problem-solving
• Strong decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with Primavera or Microsoft Projects
• Understanding of Administration of Construction Contracts for liens, AIA contracts, etc.
• Experience with Information Technology, including Internet, Intranet, Microsoft Windows OS, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Project
