Job Description
The Merchandising Specialist will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with Korean beauty brands, executing localized merchandising strategies, and analyzing sales and customer data to optimize product assortment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in merchandising, retail buying, or a related field
- Proven experience working with Korean beauty brands or suppliers
- Strong understanding of product planning, inventory management, and global supply chain
- Proficiency with ERP systems, merchandising tools, and advanced Excel
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially in cross-cultural environments
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across countries and departments
