Manage laborers and assist project managers at job sites daily, read and understand plans, specifications, and other construction documents, and define project scope and identify project resources required for projects.

• Define project scope and identify project resources required for projects
• Prepare preconstruction documents
• Assist project managers in developing project schedules, budgets, and quality assurance plans
• Plan and supervise day-to-day job site activities
• Communicate project scope with foremen
• Act as the main point of contact for the project
