Senior Scheduler

Senior Scheduler position available in Taylor, Texas. Analyze RFP and subcontractors contract documents, set up and develop project baseline schedule, and monitor contractor schedules. 5+ years of experience as Scheduler in construction site required.

Requirements

• Analyze RFP and subcontractors contract documents for scheduling matters
• Set-up and develop the project baseline schedule and the schedule management procedure
• Monitor contractor schedules and analyze and identify project schedule variances
• Host Weekly/Monthly schedule meeting with subcontractors and coordinate regarding all the schedule issues
• Prepare meeting materials and summarize meeting minutes
• Participate in Clients schedule meeting
