Dialpad is the leading AI-powered customer communications platform, transforming how businesses communicate with their customers. As a Software Engineer on the Integrations team, you will contribute to the development of Dialpad's native Salesforce integration, along with other critical apps.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer
- Experience with at least one object-oriented programming language, especially Java or Python
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Testing, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
- Effective communication skills
- Collaborative & team player, but also able to work independently & autonomously
- Pragmatic approach to solving problems while balancing business goals
- Agentic AI experience
- Usage of AI coding assistants (Claude, Gemini, etc.) for the majority of coding tasks
- Salesforce experience
- Apex programming language experience
- Experience building integrations
- Proficiency with ETL data pipelines
