Join our CX Service Strategy team as a senior analyst to drive process redesign and product operations projects, focusing on our Food business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Drive cross-functional efforts to redesign complex customer journeys, implement AI-based workflows, and influence the product roadmap using data-driven business cases.
