Role Overview

The User & Merchant Growth Senior Analyst role offers a unique opportunity to drive growth in one of the fastest-growing companies, specifically in an exciting & booming new business line. This data-driven position requires a blend of analytical thinking and interpersonal skills to effectively manage the user base and influence behavior.

What You Will Do

Engage merchant partners, grow user & merchant base via online and offline strategies, build data insights, and improve user experience.

Strong analytical thinking, strategic thinking, and self-motivation required. Previous experience in online Grocery (or Food) delivery business and data analytics a plus.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of online Grocery (or Food) delivery business experience
• Previous operational/analytical experience in strategy operations, data analytics, consulting, investment banking, or in tech industry
• Data driven and strong analytical thinking
• Excellent strategic thinking and evolving mindset
• Self-motivated, self-directed and eager to take ownership of tasks
