Regional Operations Coordinator

Role Overview

We are looking for a regional operations coordinator to join our Delivery/Food team in the core of our operations. The role involves leading couriers offline acquisition and engagement efforts, creating business hypotheses, testing them, and developing solutions to improve growth.

What You Will Do

Identify and manage promoters and leaders, develop performance metrics and budgeting, drive insights and performance optimization, and establish regular communication with the hiring team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in commercial operations, sales, or customer acquisition roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• Proven experience in commercial operations, sales operations, customer acquisition, offline acquisition, or similar roles
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Experience with budget management and strategic planning
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with Excel or similar tools
• Proficiency in English is desirable (both written and spoken)
