Field Service Technician

Diebold Nixdorf is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, debug, and provide technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software. The successful candidate will gain familiarity with Field Service Technician practices and procedures, perform hardware repairs, and participate in customer training.

Requirements

• Gains familiarity with Field Service Technician practices and procedures
• Performs hardware repairs on a component level
• Instructs and trains customers on usage and operation of installed hardware and software
• Participates in regular hardware and software trainings
• Participates in the implementation of measures to achieve agreed KPIs
