Job Description
Weâre looking for a Network Operations Centre Engineer to join our team at DigiOutsource, a digital gaming company behind some of the worldâs leading Sports and iGaming brands. As a key member of our NOC team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, resilient, and proactive operations service. You will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing platform performance, detecting system health concerns, and driving effective escalation paths.
Requirements
- IT qualification or industry certification such as CompTIA A+ / Network+ or Cisco CCNA
- 3-5 years' experience in an Operations, NOC, or Incident Management environment
- Hands-on experience with major monitoring platforms such as Nagios, SolarWinds, Datadog, Grafana, or Zabbix
- Experience with enterprise ITSM tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Freshservice
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, TLS, load balancing, and CDNs
- Familiarity with cloud fundamentals in AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Basic exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or log stacks such as ELK/Opensearch, Splunk, or Loki/Promtail
