Job Description
DigitalOcean is looking for a Corporate Development Associate to drive impactful growth through M&A, capital markets, and strategic projects. The role will focus on supporting M&A sourcing and execution efforts, conducting industry research, and analyzing financial and operational data.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on M&A transactions
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of the software, AI, and broader technology ecosystem is preferred
