Corporate Development Associate

DigitalOcean is seeking a Corporate Development Associate to join its dynamic team and drive impactful growth through M&A, capital markets, and strategic projects. The role will involve identifying potential acquisition targets, conducting financial modeling and valuation analysis, and supporting due diligence processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on M&A transactions
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
