Corporate Development Associate

Join DigitalOcean as a Corporate Development Associate and drive impactful growth through M&A, capital markets, and strategic projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive M&A, capital markets initiatives, and strategic projects. Support the preparation of investment memoranda, term sheets, and other deal-related documents. Provide strategic finance support, including financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on M&A transactions
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
