Senior Software Engineer, Security Products

DigitalOcean is seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer to join its Security Products team. The successful candidate will design, build, and maintain robust security products and infrastructure to protect DigitalOcean's platform and customers' data.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering
• Expert-level Go and strong JavaScript/Node.js skills
• Proven track record of designing and implementing high-throughput, scalable systems
• Deep understanding of distributed systems
• Production Apache Flink and advanced Kafka experience
• Deep Kubernetes expertise
• Cloud platform experience with understanding of cloud security models
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
