Client Implementation Manager – GRC

As a Client Implementation Manager – GRC, you'll lead sell-through strategy with advisory and consultancy partners, expand market reach, and drive sustainable revenue growth. You'll be responsible for end-to-end client implementations of Diligent solutions, coordinating cross-functional project teams, and facilitating client workshops and training sessions.

Requirements

• Solid experience managing client-facing implementation or consulting projects, ideally in SaaS, professional services, audit, risk, compliance or governance.
• Proven ability to run multiple projects at once in a high-paced environment, with strong organisation, prioritisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Confidence leading client workshops and training sessions, with excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfort working with tech platforms or complex workflows — you don’t need to be an engineer, but you do need to be curious and hands-on.
• A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and keep projects moving forward.
