Bilingual-Administrative Assistant II-Mental Health Ministry

Provide administrative support to the Director of Mental Health Ministry and other staff members. Serve as a primary point of contact for inquiries, manage data, and coordinate events.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Practicing Roman Catholic in full communion with the Church
• Proven experience in an administrative support role
• Complete understanding of confidentiality
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently
• Sensitivity to mental health issues
• Maintain strict confidentiality
• Bilingual, Spanish-speaking
