Job Description
Direct Counsel, LLC is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join their dynamic litigation team in San Francisco. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in and/or prior exposure to corporate and commercial litigation.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and in good standing with the State Bar of California
- 4+ years in litigation, ideally within a recognized law firm, with a focus on corporate and commercial litigation
- Strong interest in and/or experience across different areas of litigation (e.g., class actions, securities, antitrust, etc.)
- Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; client-focused approach
