Job Description
Disability Law Group is seeking a VA Attorney to represent veterans seeking disability benefits across all levels of the VA process, including hearings before the Board of Veterans' Appeals. The ideal candidate will have prior VA law experience, excellent legal writing and communication skills, and a commitment to timely, compassionate, and client-centered service.
Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing with a state bar (Michigan preferred)
- Prior VA law experience or strong interest in disability advocacy
- Excellent legal writing, communication, and case management skills
- Comfort with digital tools and remote collaboration
- Commitment to timely, compassionate, and client-centered service
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience advocating for veterans or handling VA claims.
- Extensive CAVC experience
- Experience working within the Michigan veteran community is highly preferred.
