Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer at DISCO takes a leadership role in elevating our products to the next level, shaping thoughtful end-to-end experiences, and driving actionable outcomes that directly impact our users and the product's success.

Requirements

• Conduct in-depth user research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors
• Leverage research insights to inform and validate design decisions
• Create high-quality wireframes, low-fidelity and high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Provide design leadership and guidance to junior team members
• Lead complex design projects from concept to delivery
• Drive a culture of constant improvement and learning within the design team
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on design strategy and vision
