Senior Product Owner

Role Overview

Join our team as a Product Owner, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders, architecture teams, and Agile development teams. Gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into Epics, Features, and User Stories, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.

What You Will Do

Serve as the Product Owner, facilitating requirements gathering sessions, analyzing business requirements, and translating them into well-defined product roadmaps. Partner with Architecture, Engineering, and Scrum teams to clarify requirements, define acceptance criteria, and prioritize backlog items.

Requirements

• Bachelors' Degree in a relevant field
• 8+ years of experience
• Highly self-driven professional with a proactive approach to managing priorities, driving initiatives, and delivering results with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile project delivery methodologies
• Experience utilizing Confluence and Azure DevOps for requirements management, project documentation, backlog tracking, and team collaboration
• Strong PowerPoint presentation skills
