Sr. IT Project/Program Manager

Role Overview

Join our team as a full-time Project/Program Manager in Peoria, IL, with a hybrid work model. Manage project teams to build software solutions that integrate common services across our application portfolio and other enterprise systems. Ensure successful project completion, on-time, within budget, and error-free.

Manage project planning and execution, project charter, communications, metrics, reporting, and project plan and budget. Support project teams, develop project management schedules, and use professional project management tools and techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years exp
• Master’s degree in relevant field (ie Engineering, business, etc) with 6+ years exp
• 6 years’ experience in managing a project from inception/beginning
• Leading end to end program management/ cross functional matrix organization
• 6+ years of direct project management experience working with software engineering teams in an Agile Software Development methodology, Business partners and product managers
• 2+ years exp with Azure DevOps (formerly VSTS) and Confluence
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project
• Experience in large organizational change management
• Experience in strategic thinking, alignment and direction
