Job description
The Group Financial Controller is a leadership position responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary finance team, reporting to the CFO. The role requires developing strong working relationships with senior managers and influencing the executive team.
Key responsibilities include leading the group tax function, consolidation of group financial data, managing relationships with external auditors, and overseeing finance shared services.
The ideal candidate will have ACA qualification, a 'Big 4' audit background, and a drive to develop a best-in-class finance function. They will also have credibility and gravitas to work effectively with both finance and non-finance teams.
