CNC Lead SetUp

The CNC Supervisor is responsible for driving advanced process optimization across CNC machining operations, reducing cycle times, improving productivity, and ensuring robust, repeatable processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in CNC machining, Mastercam programming, or manufacturing engineering
• Mastery of CNC programming (G-Code) and CAM tools
• Expert-level knowledge of machining fundamentals, cutting tool technologies, feeds and speeds, and GD&T
• Proven track record of reducing cycle times and improving machining efficiency in a production environment
• Experience designing complete manufacturing workflows and process flows for new parts
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
