The incumbent works closely with the Sales Manager in managing the Medical channel. Responsibilities include supporting operating expenditures, implementing sales plans, and conducting product demonstrations.
Requirements
- Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets
- Provide input to medical sales plans and implement action plans to achieve sales targets
- Track self/team progress against key performance indicators and sales plans
- Call/visit existing and prospective customers to solicit orders and quotations
- Prepare quotation/tender prices and commercial terms in accordance with company policies
- Report on competitor activities and products
- Record sales data for reporting and tracking purposes
- Maintain a customer complaints/issues log and follow up on customer issues
- Respond to customer orders and queries
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery or installation of products/systems
