Job description
As our Organizational Development Expert, you will continuously evolve structures, governance, and ways of working to keep the organization ahead. This position is part of our HR Taskforce, driving transformation and growth in close collaboration with our HR experts at DKV Mobility.
You will design and optimize organizational structures and operating models, drive clarity in roles, decision rights, and governance, improve cross-functional collaboration, and enable more agile and adaptive ways of working.
You will partner with leadership on organizational design decisions, support implementation, and foster innovation continuously and at scale.
