Requirements

• Minimum of an Associate's degree required
• 5-10 years of experience managing open-air retail shopping centers
• Strong knowledge of building systems and materials as well as facilities maintenance protocols
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to travel as required
