Job Description
DNEG Sydney is seeking a Senior Compositor to work closely with VFX Supervisors and 2D Supervisors to composite visual effects shots. The role involves working with live-action and computer-generated elements, requiring problem-solving, creative approach, and high-quality output. Portfolio and showreel demonstrating a wide range of VFX work is required.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years VFX industry experience as a compositor on high-end live-action feature films
- Experience using Nuke
- Knowledge and interest in photography and practical lighting
- Showreel demonstrating a wide range of high-end work including plate-based compositing, set extensions, full CG shots, and FX and CG integration
- Good eye for colour, composition and technical shot finishing
- Proven ability to manage complexity of work across multiple Senior level shots
