Requirements

• 5+ years of HVAC or mechanical estimating experience (commercial construction preferred)
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, materials, and installation practices
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational and time management skills
