Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, automation-minded Workforce AI Optimization Analyst to support forecasting, staffing, and workforce operations through reporting, process automation, and analytics. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys data, building tools, and improving how teams work.

What You Will Do

Support forecasting and staffing models, build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports, help automate manual workflows, support recruiting and training planning, and assist with workforce performance monitoring.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in workforce analytics, WFM, operations, staffing analytics, or a related role
• 1-2 years of foundational experience in AI and automation tools
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Comfort working with data and spotting patterns
• Experience building reports or dashboards
• Curiosity and a mindset for automation
• Can provide helpful insights from dense datasets
• Creative self-starter capable of first principles thinking
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
