Job description
Lead a part of the Platform group, building tools and systems to improve the software development lifecycle. Support hundreds of engineers across the company, investing in AI and R&D to build smarter, scalable tools.
Manage teams, ensure predictable, high-quality delivery, and foster experimentation and prototyping to drive innovation through data. Develop project scopes and objectives, and ensure technical feasibility.
You'll be a good fit if you have deep experience using AI to accelerate the software development lifecycle, strong judgment on when to rely on AI versus traditional engineering approaches, and experience leading and managing teams that build and operate systems at a high-traffic scale.
