We're looking for a Technical Recruiter to build our recruiting process from scratch and find exceptional AI and engineering talent. You'll work directly with engineering leadership and the CEO to define how we attract, evaluate, and bring in top talent.
Own full-cycle recruiting for Senior AI/ML Engineers, Backend Engineers, and other technical roles from sourcing to offer close, build and run a proactive sourcing strategy, and design and iterate on our recruiting process and candidate experience.
You'll be a key player in shaping our company's future and working on a mission that genuinely matters. You'll have the opportunity to grow with the company and earn competitive compensation and equity.
