Technical Recruiter

Role Overview

We're looking for a Technical Recruiter to build our recruiting process from scratch and find exceptional AI and engineering talent. You'll work directly with engineering leadership and the CEO to define how we attract, evaluate, and bring in top talent.

What You Will Do

Own full-cycle recruiting for Senior AI/ML Engineers, Backend Engineers, and other technical roles from sourcing to offer close, build and run a proactive sourcing strategy, and design and iterate on our recruiting process and candidate experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience
• 2+ years focused on AI/ML or applied ML roles
• Proven track record closing senior AI engineers in a competitive market
• Ability to hold a substantive conversation about model architectures, LLM fine-tuning, agentic systems, and inference pipelines
• Experience building recruiting infrastructure at an early-stage startup
