Second Engineer

DOF Canada is seeking Second Engineer positions on Canadian Flagged Offshore Support Vessels. The successful candidate will work on a 28-day rotation, taking control of the daily running of the mechanical installations onboard the ship, maintenance and repair work, utilising the crew and systems on board, to maintain the vessel in a seaworthy condition.

Requirements

• Post-Secondary Education in Marine Engineering (or Equivalent)
• Transport Canada Second Class Engineer Motor Ship
• STCW MED BS, PSC, AFF
• Marine Advanced First Aid
• Valid Seafarers Medical
• Valid Canadian Passport
• Certificate of Proficiency in Fast Rescue Boats
