Operations Manager

DOGA is a growing multinational company with over 60 years of experience in the development of customized projects for various industrial sectors. We are currently looking for a Operations Manager to join our team in DOGA Mexico and lead the manufacturing operations at our plant.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in the automotive industry.
• 3+ years of experience managing production teams.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience working with automotive quality standards.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Spanish (fluent) and English (professional level).
