Quality Engineer

DOGA is a multinational company with over 60 years of experience in developing customized projects for various industrial sectors. We are seeking a Quality Engineer to join our Mexico Plant, responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our wiper-system assembly line for truck programs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing quality, ideally in the automotive industry or other highly disciplined environments
• Strong grasp of Control Plans, defect analysis, basic statistics, and 8D methodology
• Hands-on experience in incoming/in-process inspection, gage management, and MSA/GRR
• Excellent organizational and documentation discipline, with attention to detail and traceability
