Requirements

• 4–7+ years of experience in branded content, creative strategy, or social media creative
• Experience managing or mentoring junior creatives
• Deep knowledge of social media platforms, content formats, and internet culture
• Strong instincts for voice, tone, and what makes branded content feel native rather than forced
• Excellent written communication skills
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
• Collaborative, proactive, and energized by working in a fast-moving creative environment
