Operations Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an Operations Manager with a clinical background to join our team at Doktor.se Sundsvalls Vårdcentral in central Sundvall. As an Operations Manager, you will lead and distribute the operations through your employees, be responsible for the results and budget for your unit, and ensure that Doktor.se's vision and business model for digital healthcare is implemented and followed at the healthcare center.

Requirements

• Documented experience of leadership within primary care, or equivalent experience from other healthcare within the healthcare and medical care sector
• Very good communicative ability, with the ability to express yourself well in both speech and writing in Swedish, as well as basic knowledge of English
