Operations Supervisor

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the daily operation of the warehouse and warehouse staff in the areas of order picking, shipping, load planning, receiving, warehouse optimization, and workplace safety.

Requirements

• Maintain an efficient and safe warehouse while meeting customer service levels and achieving inventory integrity.
• Supervise a team of up to 3 warehouse employees.
• Investigate and resolve external and internal customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
