Maintenance Manager

Domtar is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee mill maintenance functions, including safety, health, quality, and environmental processes. The ideal candidate will have a B.S. in mechanical or electrical engineering, 10+ years of industry experience, and excellent leadership and communication skills.

Requirements

• B.S. in mechanical or electrical engineering
• Ten (10) or more years’ industry related experience
• Some level of process controls knowledge is preferred
• Excellent leadership, planning, organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent skills in written and oral communication
• Demonstrated ability to work well at senior management levels in an organization
