Underwriting Services Supervisor

The Underwriting Services Supervisor will provide leadership, support, and coaching for the underwriting support team. The role will manage the assigned Commercial Lines (CL) Technical Assistant team as it relates to CL processes & procedures, positively affecting our agency partners & insured’s; assuring service standards are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with a background in insurance or equivalent experience
• 3 to 5 years of underwriting experience at a company or agency level.
• A minimum of 3 years of underwriting experience should be in the commercial lines sector of insurance
• Demonstration of self-development through attainment of professional insurance designations, CPCU, ARM, PLU, etc
