Shift Lead - Towson

We're looking for a motivated and experienced individual to work as a Shift Lead in a local-fulfillment center. The Shift Lead will be responsible for supporting Site Management, leading operations, and ensuring customer orders are delivered with high quality.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Experience in food and beverage, warehouse, and/or retail environments
• Self-motivation, positivity, and team player skills
