We are looking for a District Manager to join our team at Bobcat. As District Manager, you will be responsible for leading our district in Stade, which focuses on the sale, rental, and service of material handling equipment. Your tasks will include implementing business strategy, achieving sales and profit goals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Completed business administration studies, commercial training with corresponding further development, or a comparable degree/qualification
- Previous several-year professional experience as district manager (m/w/d) or sales manager (m/w/d) of a district is required or in a comparable position
- Experience in the material handling equipment area or in a related field is a must
- Highly developed skills in change management and problem-solving
- Excellent interpersonal, team, and motivational skills
- High quality orientation
- Very good German and English skills (in word and writing)
