Senior Health & Safety Manager

Double Good is a leading fundraising app and best-in-class technology company redefining how youth organizations raise funds for the causes they care about. We're looking for a Senior Health & Safety Manager to join our growing team.

Requirements

• Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive safety programs, policies, and procedures
• Conduct job hazard and PPE analysis for all roles
• Manage agreements and service contracts with vendors, safety partners, and own the overall safety budget
• Stay abreast of regulatory or industry changes and suggest improvements to ensure compliance
• Identify training needs and develop training programs that educate employees, contractors, and visitors
• Accountable for the safety incident investigation progress, including proper root cause identification and timely implementation of corrective actions
