Continuous Improvement Engineer

We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive targeted, measurable and sustainable improvements across all operations and support functions at Dover Food Retail. The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching others to identify and take action to reduce waste, facilitating and leading cross-functional teams, and developing lean muscle across the organization.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Continuous Improvement Experience or a relevant bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience that meet the expectations of the job
• Experience with facilitating and leading methodology such as Continuous process improvement, Lean, and other related tools
• Strong Computer & MS Office Skills
