Lead Supply Chain Engineer supports remote continuous improvement programs across 50+ connected factories, driving measurable improvements in service, inventory, and working capital through data integrity, tool optimization, and process standardization.
Requirements
- Strategic: Support remote CI programs across connected plants through data and tool management.
- Operational Responsibilities: Collaborate daily with site supply chain teams to capture issues, identify opportunities, and implement improvements.
- Technical / Functional Skills: Strong experience in planning and execution processes: PFEP (Plan for Every Part), MPS, MRP, Inventory Optimization, Shortage Management, Demand/Supply balancing, SIOP.
- Key Interfaces: Supply Chain Engineering Manager – Priority setting, guidance, and reporting.
- Minimum required qualifications: Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field (Engineering degree preferred).
- Experience: 5–8+ years in Supply Chain, with at least 1–3 years in a leadership role (managing planners, buyers, and/or supply chain engineers).
